We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Associate Hair Stylist who is eager to grow their skills and build a successful career behind the chair. This role is designed for newer stylists who want hands-on training, mentorship, and real salon experience while developing confidence in cutting, coloring, styling, and client care.
Assist senior stylists with services including color applications, blowouts, and treatments
Support daily salon operations such as preparing clients, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing workstations
Provide shampooing, blowdrying, and basic styling services
Participate in hands-on training and education to develop technical skills
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure clients feel comfortable and cared for
Learn consultation techniques, service flow, and product knowledge
Build relationships with clients while gradually growing your own clientele
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace
Active New York State cosmetology license (or currently in school nearing completion)
