We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Associate Hair Stylist who is eager to grow their skills and build a successful career behind the chair. This role is designed for newer stylists who want hands-on training, mentorship, and real salon experience while developing confidence in cutting, coloring, styling, and client care.

✂️ Responsibilities

• Assist senior stylists with services including color applications, blowouts, and treatments

• Support daily salon operations such as preparing clients, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing workstations

• Provide shampooing, blowdrying, and basic styling services

• Participate in hands-on training and education to develop technical skills

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure clients feel comfortable and cared for

• Learn consultation techniques, service flow, and product knowledge

• Build relationships with clients while gradually growing your own clientele

• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace

💡 Qualifications

• Active New York State cosmetology license (or currently in school nearing completion)

• Passion for the beauty industry and desire to grow as a stylist

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
